Terms of Service

By accessing our website at kanzulilm.com, enrolling in any course, booking a session, or using any service offered by Kanzulilm International, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor, you (the parent or legal guardian) accept these Terms on the student's behalf and take full responsibility for ensuring compliance. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

Our services are available to students of all ages worldwide. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the completed admission form and commencement of the first session.

All sessions are conducted 1-on-1 via WhatsApp video/audio call. Session timings are agreed upon during the initial orientation and confirmed by both parties.

• ◆ Standard session duration: 30 minutes per class
• ◆ Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 hours before the session
• ◆ Missed sessions without prior notice are forfeited
• ◆ A maximum of 2 makeup classes per month may be granted at teacher discretion
• ◆ Public holidays in Pakistan may affect session availability; advance notice will be provided

Tuition fees are communicated during the enrollment consultation and vary by course, frequency, and student location. All fees are agreed upon before the first paid session.

• ◆ Fees are payable monthly in advance via agreed international transfer method
• ◆ Supported regions: UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Middle East, and worldwide
• ◆ Non-payment for 7+ days may result in session suspension pending clearance
• ◆ A free trial session is offered to all new students — no payment required for the trial
• ◆ Kanzulilm does not store payment card or banking details

We understand circumstances change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and our teaching faculty.

For exceptional circumstances (illness, bereavement, emergencies), contact us directly on WhatsApp. We handle all cases with compassion and Islamic values of fairness (adl).

As an institution rooted in classical Islamic values, we hold all students and guardians to the highest standards of respectful conduct (adab).

• ◆ Students must attend sessions on time, prepared, and in a suitable environment
• ◆ Respectful communication with all staff and instructors is mandatory
• ◆ Recording of sessions without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited
• ◆ Sharing of session recordings, materials, or content with third parties is not permitted
• ◆ Any abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive conduct will result in immediate termination of enrollment

All content on kanzulilm.com — including course materials, curriculum structures, lesson plans, website design, graphics, text, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kanzulilm International.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, copy, sell, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission. Curriculum materials shared during sessions are for enrolled students only and remain the property of Kanzulilm International.

Our Online Istikhara and Rohani Ilaj services are provided as Islamic scholarly guidance in accordance with traditional Sunni scholarship. By using these services, you acknowledge:

• ◆ These services are religious/scholarly in nature and do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice
• ◆ All consultations are confidential and handled by qualified Islamic scholars
• ◆ Outcomes of Istikhara are spiritual guidance; final decisions rest entirely with the individual
• ◆ Kanzulilm International bears no liability for personal decisions made following any consultation

Kanzulilm International provides services in good faith and to the best of our scholarly ability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• ◆ We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services (WhatsApp, internet providers)
• ◆ We are not responsible for students' individual learning outcomes or progress rates
• ◆ Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the current monthly billing period
• ◆ We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Either party may terminate enrollment by providing reasonable notice via WhatsApp. Kanzulilm International reserves the right to terminate or suspend enrollment immediately, without refund, in cases of:

• ◆ Repeated or severe breach of these Terms
• ◆ Abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate conduct toward instructors or staff
• ◆ Non-payment of fees for more than 14 days without communication
• ◆ Unauthorized recording or distribution of session content

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, under whose jurisdiction Kanzulilm International operates. For students in the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia, these Terms are intended to comply with applicable consumer protection laws in those jurisdictions.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication. Where resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Pakistan, unless local mandatory law requires otherwise.

Kanzulilm International reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students via WhatsApp with a minimum of 14 days' notice before taking effect.

Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
